What counts as a new user signup?
A new user signup is counted when someone creates a new account through your app within a calendar month. Existing users logging in multiple times don't count toward your monthly limit.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any billing differences.
What happens if I exceed my signup limit?
We understand apps grow in bursts! When you exceed your limit, we give you a grace period and enable "burst mode" at just $10 per 50 additional signups. If you consistently need more capacity, we'll suggest upgrading to the next tier. We're here to support your growth, not penalize it.
